Dancer Auditions for the
Dance from the Heart
National 2007 Annual Benefit
Benefiting Houston’s Lighthouse for the Blind
and
The Alzheimer’s Association

Open call for dancers! Dance from the Heart is looking for principal and supporting dancers for its upcoming theatrical production and benefit premiering September 29, 2007. All levels welcome!

Audition Criteria:
Performance of a two-minute solo (choreographed or improvised)*
Zills required (for at least part of the audition piece)
Veil and/or cane also welcome as part of the audition.
Styles of dance may include Ballet/Modern, Oriental, Folkloric, or Flamenco.
Please bring two copies of your music on CD. It should be the only track on your CD and should not be an MP3.

Audition Dates and Times:
Initial Open Call
Saturday, May 12, 2007 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Callbacks
Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
